Food is the source of nutrition and energy to support the health of our body. But some disease also was come from food that we eat. So we need to choose the healthy food to help us feel happy and wealthy. Healthy also is the great wealth to the men.Then we need to think wisely and choose the helathy food before we have a chronic disease such as high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol. What u shoul do before to eat?First, wash your hand with soap until clean, pray then eat a lot of fruit and vegetables.Choose less sugar and less cholesterol just eat salad, tomatao, fish also good for our protein.
