Hai, everyone… do you remember about novel ‘The pearl’? . That is form five novel. I like this novel because the story is very interesting . Now I want tell you overall of synopsis about this novel.

The pearl story about Kino and his family. They are live in La Paz. One day they son Coyotito is stung by scorpions.

The doctor will not treat the baby because Kino cannot pay the doctor's fee. They are worried about thier son. Kino goes diving and find the great pearl. Kino dreams of marrying Juana in a church, buying a rifle, and giving Coyotito education.

When the people know about Kino and his pearl. They are want to get the pearl. the doctor takes advantage of Kino's ignorance. He tells Kino that the child is still ill and will die without the care of a doctor and pearl buyers want buy the pearl with low price.

Juana asks Kino to throw pearl into the sea because the pearl will destroy their family. Juana takes the pearl and tries to throw it into the sea, but Kino stops her and beats her. Kino and his family always hunt by trackers. Kino attacks the trackers with his knife and he also uses the rifle to save his family, but, Coyotito was killed by the trackers. Now Kino lost everything and the pearl has destroyed his family, Kino and Juana return to La Paz and throw the pearl into the sea.

The Moral values of this story.

First, brave . Kino is brave, he save his family from trackers he uses knife and rifle to kill the trackers. Juana also brave because, When Coyotito is stung by a scorpion, she sucks the poison out of his body.

Second, greedy, in this story we can look the doctor is very greedy. He want get the pearl because he want get luxurious life.

From this story we can take more moral to be guideline of our life.fist, we must brave in all situation. You must barve if you are true, second greedy. We must remember geedy can’t give a luxurious n peacefull of life but can give a destroy of life. But if you are geedy to get more knowladge is better.
